Give yourself feedback and track what you work on. Hello my sporty Friends,
To become conscious of our body, we need to have a very good overview what we do with it! There are so many daily activities we need to focus on, who will remember after a week, what we did or eat yesterday if you don't register it ..:) Track you progress and motivate yourself! So I recommend you to register minimum the following things:
Take the time and you will see you can also do it as all the others! It will give you great feedback, will help to motivate you and what is even more important they help you to: Keep up with your great workout! Look at your achievements and be proud of it! If you have any questions, please ask and I am more than happy if you share with me your experience. Wish you a great workout, cooking and be proud of it;)! You should never forget you can only make the change and motivate yourself the most! So DO something about it!;) Love, Ilcsi

Special thanks to you my dear girl Douk, you are my greatest motivator!!!
Before you start your training and preparation set your goals (bikini contest, photo shooting, losing weight). What I did was I asked my girlfriend, Dina Khalil who is a certified and experienced fitness trainer and great friend to help me how to fix a training plan and meal plan for a bikini contest. We had a cosy sit down and looked through what are my qualities, possibilities to train, which plan is possible to fit into my every daily schedule.. Things to consider e.g.: - occupation - seated work in an office. - your fitness level - body type -activities your like and able to do aso.. As I was so lucky, she knew me, my body very well so she create me a personal meal and training plan for 3 months. Which is a very little time.. Though we did it:) Even more important, she saw what I could not see...the things what I am able to do, the body structure, what I can be transformed into! She trusted me more than I did myself! She knew that I am able to do it! Motivated and help me all the way! A professional advice is foremost the most important part of a preparation! Google and internet information can be also useful, but also very confusing sometimes, so I definitely find a trustful, educated person with professional fitness background is the best source for efficient support! She was and still is there for me anytime to answer my questions and resolve my doubts during my training and rest period. I believe your trainer plays of of the most important roles in your transformation. Set goals, follow a daily schedule, build your eating, training routine, motivate yourself and be consitant about it! Here I share with you my start up meal plan, (which after I lost 3kg, in 2 weeks) so you see what conviced me that there is a hope and way ! Note: this is an example what worked for me, plus training plan of 6 days per week. You should ask for a personal trainer for your tailor made plans! Take the time it is the only way! The training plan I will share, in one of my next blogs!:) Fixed daily Meal plan: Meal1_ 4 egg whites 2 slices of brown bread 50g Oatmeal Meal2_ 150g chicken breast 100g rice 100g salad or broccoli Pre-workout 1/2 tin tuna in water 100g rice 100g vegetable Post workout = Meal2_ Last Meal 150g white fish green salad Wish you a healthy challenging, sporty day! Never forget, just do something for your best health every day! Love, Ilcsi |
